We love coming here because it feels like a home. I mean, we know people. We feel very familiar with the staff. We’ve gone through different people, but it always just feels very comfortable with whoever you’re scheduling, whoever’s taking us back. Anytime I’ve had any different person for cleaning, it just always feels easy. They’re very personable, make us feel very comfortable here, and we’re happy with what they do.
He talked to me about the options, braces versus Invisalign, and how much better the Invisalign was because they really could actually get more accuracy with the Invisalign than you can with the braces, and he can fine-tune it better with the Invisalign than he could with the braces. I decided, “Okay, let’s do that.”
Before I started my Invisalign journey, I had had braces as a child growing up, and didn’t take the proper care needed. So there was a little misalignment there afterwards. And as an adult, as I got older, I wasn’t happy with my smile. A little bit of crookedness. I took that and went with Dr. Smith’s recommendations, and ended up doing Invisalign, and I really loved the journey.
I was a little self-conscious about it, and my teeth were crooked, and that’s normal. But going through Invisalign and everything, it definitely brought a lot of confidence into me as a person, and helped me develop who I am now. It was very easy to do normal life stuff. It didn’t really interfere at all. I just had to take it out at lunch, and then put it back in afterwards. But it was really comfortable so I was pretty okay with it.
The level of trust that you can build with him, the fact that he is accessible, the fact that he takes his time and explains everything to you is worth its weight really. And especially because it’s a multi-step procedure. So you’re gonna have questions along the way and you’re gonna need someone that’s accessible. And the quality of his work is great.
